Description
As People Coach Claims Management, you will take charge of a team responsible for handling claims within motor and international files. You combine operational management with people-oriented coaching and are a driving force for quality improvement, customer focus and team development. Together with other team coaches and a technical expert, you work on optimizing processes and strengthening cooperation. You are an inspiring leader who motivates employees to look beyond the file and really make an impact for the customer.Your tasks:
- Managing, supervising and motivating a team of claims managers.
- Organize a customer-oriented and efficient operation within the team
- Translate organizational goals into concrete team priorities
- Conduct individual follow-up and development interviews
- Improving processes with a focus on quality and customer experience
- Working closely with fellow team coaches and the technical coach
- Applying principles from lean management and continuous improvement
- Act as a point of contact for clients, brokers and external partners

Your profile
- Your team is bilingual, so you speak fluent Dutch and French
- You have experience in the financial sector or in managing customer oriented teams
- Knowledge of car insurance is an asset
- You work in a structured way, communicate clearly and think customer-oriented
- You know how to enthuse people and give them direction
- You have affinity with IT and process optimization

- Monthly salary indication: € 1501 - € 6500
- A contract of indefinite duration
