Recruitment Assistant - Team Insurance

Description

• As a trainee Recruitment Assistant, you will have the opportunity to change the lives of others every day by helping to find the perfect match between the needs of our clients and the expectations of our candidates.
• You will support the team in a variety of recruitment assignments, which ensures a lot of variation in the type of vacancies for which you will help find candidates
• You assist in the creation and publication of vacancies on various channels, such as our website and external jobsites
• You actively search for suitable candidates via our database, jobsites, job fairs and networking events
• You perform telephone screenings to make an initial assessment of the match between candidate and vacancy
• You schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication with candidates
• You support administrative tasks such as collecting documents, preparing Axis CVs and preparing contracts

• You communicate fluently and professionally in Dutch
• You are proactive, think along and come up with creative ideas
