Description
- You will be responsible for managing claims, including receiving claims, recording relevant information and reviewing claims files.
- You will maintain close communication with customers, insurers and experts to resolve claims quickly and effectively.
- You actively manage the client portfolio and ensure accurate administrative processing.
- You seek practical and effective solutions to claims, with attention to the specific requirements of the industry.
- You advise clients on their insurance policies and claims, paying attention to detail and client needs.
Your profile
- Possesses a completed bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience within the insurance industry.
- Has extensive knowledge of insurance products and the processes surrounding claims processing.
- Masters strong communication skills and can convey information in a clear manner.
- Vert demonstrates a proactive and customer-oriented attitude, with attention to fine details.
- Is flexible, positive attitude and appreciates a touch of humor in the work environment.
