- You are responsible for managing claims, including receiving claims, recording relevant information, and assessing claims files.
- You maintain close communication with customers, insurers, and experts to resolve claims quickly and effectively.
- You actively manage the customer portfolio and ensure accurate administrative processing.
- You seek practical and effective solutions for claims, with attention to the specific requirements of the industry.
- You advise customers on their insurance policies and claims, with an eye for detail and the needs of the customer.
Your profile
- Has a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in the insurance sector.
- Has extensive knowledge of insurance products and the processes involved in claims handling.
- Has strong communication skills and can convey information clearly.
- Demonstrates a proactive and customer-oriented attitude, with attention to detail.
- Is flexible, positive, and appreciates a touch of humor in the work environment.
