- You are responsible for managing insurance claims, including receiving claims, recording relevant information, and reviewing claim files.
- You maintain close communication with customers, insurers, and experts to resolve claims quickly and effectively.
- You actively manage the customer portfolio and ensure accurate administrative processing.
- You seek practical and effective solutions for claims, taking into account the specific requirements of the industry.
- You advise customers on their insurance policies and claims, paying close attention to detail and the customer’s needs.
Your profile
- Has a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Has extensive knowledge of insurance products and the processes involved in claims handling.
- Possesses strong communication skills and can convey information clearly.
- Demonstrates a proactive and customer-focused attitude, with an eye for detail.
- Is flexible, has a positive attitude, and appreciates a sense of humor in the workplace.
