Description
You will be part of a dynamic team and will focus mainly on real estate and corporate law. Your responsibilities will include:- Independent management of professional real estate files, including the acquisition and sale of property, mortgages, co-ownership and the establishment of commercial rights of use.
- Drafting of deeds and management of corporate law files, ranging from the creation of companies and amendments to articles of association to complex operations such as mergers, demergers and dissolutions.
- Administrative support, including searches, contacts with government bodies, electronic registration and other related tasks.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Holds at least a Master's degree in law, ideally with a specialization in notarial law.
- Has at least 3 years' professional experience as a notary in the fields of corporate and real estate law, or as a lawyer in similar fields.
- Speaks Dutch very well, with a good command of French or vice versa; able to handle files and communicate with clients in both languages.
- Works with precision, method and autonomy.
- Has excellent interpersonal skills, enabling him/her to establish and maintain good relations with customers.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and meets deadlines.
- Ability to manage stress and prioritize effectively.
