Description
- You will be part of the Family & Wealth department, a team of 11 people;
- You will take charge of inheritance and estate planning files, from A to Z, in direct contact with customers;
- You will draft deeds and manage files independently;
- You will mainly deal with matters relating to family property law: successions, inheritance agreements, gifts...;
- You may also be involved in real estate matters related to inheritance and planning;
- You will be supported by an administrative assistant for research, administrative contacts and logistical tasks.
Your profile
- Master's degree in law;
- You speak French and have a good level of Dutch;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the notarial profession;
- Rigor, organizational skills, autonomy and integrity;
- Taste for teamwork and ability to supervise junior lawyers;
- Sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines;
- Good customer relations, listening skills and empathy.
