Description

  • You will join the Family and Estate Planning Department, which consists of a team of 11 employees;
  • You will handle estate and estate planning matters from start to finish, working directly with clients;
  • You will draft legal documents and manage cases independently;
  • You will primarily handle matters related to family property law: estates, inheritance agreements, gifts, etc.;
  • You may also assist with real estate matters related to estates and estate planning;
  • You will have the support of an administrative assistant for research, communications with government agencies, and logistical tasks.

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in law;
  • You speak French and have a good command of Dutch;
  • At least 3 years of experience in the notarial profession;
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, independence, and integrity;
  • Enjoy working in a team and have the ability to mentor junior lawyers;
  • Sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines;
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and able to listen and show empathy.
