- You build long-term relationships with clients, investing in a strong relationship of trust with entrepreneurs and liberal professionals;
- You really get to know the entrepreneur or liberal professional behind the numbers and have a genuine interest in their assets;
- You are responsible for helping clients grow their wealth and manage their investment portfolio as if it were your own;
- You proactively establish contacts with entrepreneurs and liberal professionals in your region to expand your network;
- You drive the further development of your client portfolio, with a focused and results-oriented approach;
- You take the time to have a chat with colleagues, even when it is important to meet targets;
- You ensure that clients trust you with their investments and banking questions.
Your profile
- Has a passion for the intriguing world of entrepreneurs and the self-employed;
- Possesses excellent skills to connect with clients and accurately understand their wants and needs;
- Is alert to business opportunities and tackles them enthusiastically from an entrepreneurial and ambitious attitude. Expanding one's own network? He/she sees that as a challenge!
- Dares to communicate honestly and clearly and knows how to convince both customers and colleagues with his/her powers of persuasion, while bringing empathy and understanding to the interaction;
- Preferably has experience in a banking or financial environment, but more importantly has the motivation to further expand his/her knowledge as an equity partner throughout his/her career;
- Possesses a master's or bachelor's degree;
- Is willing to focus on the region around Grimbergen, with the goal of building long-term client relationships;
- Has an excellent command of Dutch, both written and oral, and ideally also a basic level of French.

- Monthly salary indication: € 4501 - € 5000
