Description
- You manage email requests and answer incoming calls while scheduling appointments;
- You perform Know Your Customer (KYC) analyses and contribute to the development of customer files;
- You provide high-quality customer follow-up, taking charge of onboarding new customers and resolving their concerns;
- You enthusiastically embody our company's mission, values, and strategy while presenting its products and services to clients and prospects.
- You take a proactive approach in your interactions with clients to build lasting relationships, thereby supporting the team of private advisors.
- You stay abreast of changes in the banking sector and the range of products and services offered by our company.
Your profile
- Possesses strong organizational skills, working accurately and carefully while adhering to procedures and standards;
- Demonstrates initiative and a positive, adaptable attitude, able to collaborate effectively within a team while being independent and aware of responsibilities;
- Is comfortable interacting with customers, whether by phone, in person, or in writing, and adopts a service-oriented approach. Communication is a key skill in your profile;
- Holds a bachelor's degree and demonstrates a keen interest in the financial sector. Previous experience in this field or in customer service would be a plus;
- You hold the MIFID certificate;
- You are fluent in French, speak Dutch fluently, and have a good knowledge of English, which would be an additional asset.
