- Intervene in a timely manner when bottlenecks arise and make adjustments where necessary.
- Improve and streamline administrative and operational processes.

- Manage leave planning and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Advise on recruitment, departures, and salary policy (without decision-making authority).
Your profile
- Has a master's or bachelor's degree, or comparable work experience.
- Has demonstrable managerial experience.
- Approximately 5 years of experience as a claims manager in the automotive sector.
- Fluent in Dutch and French, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of German and English is an additional advantage.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, and able to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Has excellent organizational skills and can set priorities, even under increased work pressure.
- Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, and can convey information clearly.
- Is decisive and remains calm under pressure, with the ability to switch gears quickly and make decisions.
- Has a process-oriented mindset and focuses on continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Is customer- and quality-oriented, and ensures that services meet high quality standards.
- Is a true team player and interacts well with colleagues.
