Description
- You coordinate the flow of operations, decision-making and administrative processes, as well as annual and interim financial planning, while recording transactions in the investment management tool;
- You manage contracts relating to our investment activities;
- You collect and process customer data in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) regulations;
- You prepare regular reports and take minutes for collateral committees and/or team meetings;
- You ensure good corporate governance, in particular by coordinating the Annual General Meeting and Boards of Directors;
- You collaborate with other Investment Support Managers within the organization and, where necessary, take on a support role.
Your profile
- Has a bachelor's or master's degree in an economic, scientific or legal field;
- Shows a keen interest and affinity for the financial and legal dimensions of entrepreneurship;
- Has a minimum of 3 years' experience in a position where project management or coordination of administrative processes was essential;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Is at ease with MS Office suite tools, particularly Excel, and knowledge of other industry-related software is a plus;
- Fluent in Dutch and English.

- Monthly salary indication: € 4001 - € 5000
