As an Insurance Administrator within the Emissions Non-Life team, you will be responsible for accurately managing and approving insurance contracts for private and commercial clients, with a strong focus on auto, fire and accident insurance. You will be the first and main point of contact for brokers and their clients, ensuring that new policies are smoothly completed and existing contracts are expertly amended.

Description

  • You answer telephone inquiries from brokers and their clients regarding new and existing insurance contracts;
  • You analyze risks and assess insurance applications;
  • You set rates and conditions in accordance with internal guidelines;
  • You draft insurance contracts and supplements;
  • You ensure correct and timely administrative processing of files;
  • You actively maintain relationships with brokers to promote sales;
  • You identify areas for improvement in processes and contribute to optimizations.

Your profile

  • You have a degree in insurance, administration, or equivalent experience;
  • You have experience with Non-Life insurance, preferably in a commercial or administrative role;
  • You are customer-oriented, communicatively strong and commercially minded;
  • You are accurate, responsible and well organized;
  • You have a good knowledge of Dutch and can express yourself fluently in French;
  • You are proficient with office software and digital systems;
  • You are a team player who can also work independently.
