Description
- You will be responsible for the smooth and accurate administrative processing of claims files for both individuals and businesses
- You offer support to customers during the entire claim process and ensure clear and correct information
- You give expert advice and answer customer questions with enthusiasm and empathy
- You take care of the follow-up and aftercare after submitting damage claims, so that customers feel well supported
- You contribute to an optimal customer experience through your customer-oriented attitude and professional communication.
Your profile
- You hold a bachelor's degree in finance and insurance or have a legal background
- You have several years of experience in claims management in various insurance fields
- You have a healthy dose of problem solving ability and can empathize with the customer's issues
- You work quickly and efficiently
- You communicate fluently and empathically
- You speak excellent Dutch and preferably also have a good knowledge of French.
