Description

  • You are the point of contact for questions and advice regarding your clients' fire and auto claims files;
  • You handle claims files as quickly, accurately and precisely as possible, so that your clients receive the best possible assistance, while respecting the victim's rights;
  • You gather and analyze factual and legal elements to correctly assess damages and make a valid estimate guarantee and liability;
  • You guarantee the correct application of the rules and carefully check the procedures and conformity of all data;
  • You follow the Belgian and international legislation on damages;
  • You are in constant contact with all parties involved, from the client to the expert, providing them with clear and accurate information on their claim and ensuring its successful settlement;
  • You make every effort to provide effective and professional assistance or keep them informed in order to reach a favorable settlement;
  • You guarantee optimal financial and administrative follow-up to your clients: you perform the required accounting operations and payments and finalize the files correctly within a reasonable period of time;
  • You manage complex files with involved parties for amounts above 15,000 euros;
  • You prioritize line 2 files and assist your line 1 colleagues in increasing the files.

Your profile

  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the insurance or financial sector;
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in an economic field such as accounting, finance, insurance, banking or law or equivalent through experience;
  • You have initial experience in handling fire and/or auto claims;
  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and a good knowledge of French;
  • You enjoy performing administrative tasks and appreciate telephone contact with customers;
  • You are versatile with excellent communication skills and your actions are focused on customer satisfaction;
  • You are pragmatic in solving problems, you value quality and have an eye for detail;
  • When working with others, you demonstrate the required maturity and helpfulness;
  • You are flexible, stress-resistant and customer-oriented.

  • Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 4500
