Description

  • You contribute to correct customer evaluation and are responsible for identifying and implementing improvements in collaboration with our various stakeholders, where you always defend our interests.
  • You participate in strategic (pilot) projects and you monitor the quality of the tasks performed.
  • You welcome new colleagues and help them settle in. Organizing workshops on solving complex problems and updating our work instructions are also part of this.
  • You carry out hierarchical controls and quality checks to ensure that processes run smoothly. Based on analyses, you define actions to improve performance.
  • You are responsible for managing accesses, monitoring incidents and supporting robots.
  • You handle complaints and assist in problem solving.

Your profile

  • You have experience in KYC.
  • You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English, both orally and in writing.
  • You work accurately, proactively and result-oriented. You are risk aware.
  • You are open to change and continuous improvement.
  • You like working in a team. You support your team members where necessary and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
  • You value open communication and feedback.
You share information, both verbally and in writing, in a clear, structured, accurate, concise and fact-based manner.
  • You have mastered Microsoft Office and are willing to learn to work with TPX, Calypso, Atlas and Ecarina.
