Description
- Drafting and publishing vacancies (NL & FR);
- Actively sourcing and screening candidates;
- Conduct interviews and follow up selections;
- Working closely with hiring managers;
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process through to hiring;
- Support onboarding and employer branding.
Your profile
- At least 5 years' experience in recruitment, ideally within finance/banking;
- Perfectly bilingual: Dutch & French;
- Knowledge of the position of file manager is a plus;
- Strong people skills and professional in communication.
