Description
- You are responsible for the commercial activities around Employee Benefits in the West and East Flanders region, including pension, disability and health, in a B2B context.
- You strive to achieve the established commercial objectives.
- You act as the face of the organization in the field of Employee Benefits for both existing clients and new prospects.
- You work closely with the Client Support Team, signatories and administrators to ensure appropriate offerings and optimal service to your clients and prospects.
- You continuously stay abreast of developments in the market, both in the field of supplementary pensions and health care.
Your profile
- You are sociable, ambitious and a true initiative taker who strives for the best for existing and new clients.
- You have experience establishing and maintaining high-level relationships within companies, government agencies and various industries. Technical knowledge in the area of Employee Benefits is a plus.
- Negotiating major contracts is a challenge for you that you are energized by.
- You have no fear of commercial objectives; rather, these inspire you to work in a goal-oriented and result-oriented manner.
- You are able to work independently, but also value teamwork.
- Speaking in front of an audience is nothing to be ashamed of; you do it with conviction.

Our client offers you:- Monthly salary indication: € 1501 - € 5000
- A permanent contract.
