Description
- Complete supervision of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to management and governing bodies.
- Budget management and forecasting on a multi-entity basis.
- Analyze performance, draw up clear, actionable dashboards, and make recommendations to improve profitability and risk management.
- Monitoring and continuous improvement of accounting and internal control processes, with a view to their digitization and automation.
- Coordination of financial transformation projects, including the implementation of new tools or the overhaul of existing processes.
- Team management: coaching, objective setting, performance appraisal, support for skills development, and participation in recruitment.
- Support to senior management in results presentation and strategic analysis.
Your profile
- You have a Master's degree in finance, auditing or economics.
- You have at least 5 to 10 years' experience in a Finance Manager, Controlling Manager or equivalent position.
- You are fluent in French or Dutch and have a good level of professional English.
- Experience in the financial sector is an asset.
- You are comfortable with BEGAAP standards, reporting tools (advanced Excel, BI tools), and ideally with ERP.
- You are familiar with VAT and corporate taxation, and are able to work on accounting and tax optimization projects.
