Description
- You lead a team of administrators/signers engaged in the production of BOAR SME and coordinate all activities for optimal customer experience.
- You optimize operational processes and availability in line with agreed SLAs and targets.
- You set ambitious goals for the team and monitor the progress of results.
- You support the team in achieving KPIs and continuously look for ways to improve team results, with the customer at the center.
- You develop concrete plans and initiatives to improve team quality and efficiency; you implement them and evaluate progress.
- You collaborate with team leaders from other departments to improve services.

Your profile
- You are fluent in both French and Dutch and have a thorough understanding of the insurance industry, preferably in the business non-life insurance segment.
- You have leadership experience and excel in team management; you are a real people manager.
- You have the ability to motivate people and resolve conflicts in a constructive way.
- With your organizational skills you always know how to make a difference.
- You are communicatively strong and able to explain both simple and complex topics in a clear and accessible way.
- You have a passion for artificial intelligence and data analytics and are driven to foster innovation and help shape the future of our organization.

Our client offers you:- Monthly salary indication: € 1501 - € 6000
