Description
- You oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant company regulations.
- You lead and manage a dedicated team to achieve operational excellence.
- You evaluate contracts, agreements, and reports from a legal perspective, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- You organize and actively participate in board meetings, contributing to strategic discussions.
- You uphold and maintain statutory registers to ensure accurate records.
- You manage billing processes for your portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- You provide guidance to clients on preparing and submitting necessary documentation related to name changes, amendments to articles and memorandums of association, share transfers, and alterations to share capital.
- You collaborate with notaries, attorneys, and financial institutions to facilitate smooth transactions.
- You ensure clear and effective communication across business lines and other internal departments to foster collaboration.
Your profile
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:- Holds at least a Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Brings a minimum of 7 years of experience in a trust company in Luxembourg, having worked in a comparable role.
- Demonstrates fluency in English, with a foundational grasp of the French language.
- Exhibits a strong commitment to their work and thrives in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Is recognized as a proactive individual with excellent communication capabilities.
- Prioritizes client satisfaction and exhibits meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable of establishing and nurturing client relationships effectively.
