Description
- You will be responsible for the complete and independent management of legal files relating to the protection of individuals, from analysis of the situation to finalization of the file;
- You will be in regular contact with a wide range of people, both internally (sales, legal and administrative teams) and externally (trustees, justices of the peace, courts, etc.);
- You actively participate in continuous improvement by proposing ideas and contributing to team or cross-functional projects;
- You work collaboratively with other teams in the department, in a spirit of open and constructive cooperation;
- You use digital tools and automation solutions to optimize tasks, while applying your analytical and legal skills to high value-added assignments.
Your profile
- You have a good sense of analysis and precision, enabling you to rigorously collect and process relevant information;
- You communicate fluently, both orally and in writing, in both national languages;
- You place customers at the heart of your priorities, always acting with empathy, professionalism and respect, even in sensitive situations;
- You are a true team player and collaborate positively with colleagues and other departments;
- Legal training or experience would be an asset;
