Description
- Assess customers' insurance coverage needs in order to propose appropriate solutions;
- Provide informed and professional advice on the various insurance options available;
- Manage the customer portfolio by ensuring regular and proactive monitoring of current contracts;
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty;
- Keep abreast of market developments and insurance regulations;
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize services offered, while ensuring efficient processes;
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the customer portfolio;
- Participate in training and events to further your skills and knowledge in the insurance field.
Your profile
The ideal candidate :- Has a bachelor's degree in Finance and Insurance or equivalent experience;
- Fluent in Dutch, with knowledge of French and English an asset;
- Solid skills in life and non-life insurance;
- Demonstrates strong listening skills, identifying customer expectations and concerns while building a relationship of trust;
- Is results-oriented, with a strong motivation to meet and exceed targets;
- Has a proactive approach to finding solutions tailored to customers' needs, taking into account their personal and financial situation.
