Description

  • You manage the files transmitted by intermediaries, including agents and brokers, through an internal system.
  • You process and code the documents related to the validated new files in an efficient internal system.
  • You ensure a meticulous follow-up of fire insurance and corporate liability (RC) contracts.
  • You respect set deadlines for processing tasks, which are organized through an electronic mailbox.
  • You communicate primarily by e-mail with the various parties involved, with no direct telephone contact with external parties.
  • You work effectively with brokers, agents and other stakeholders to ensure quality service.

Your profile

  • You have experience in administrative management, ideally in the insurance sector, with specific knowledge of fire and liability insurance.
  • You have a good knowledge of Dutch or French, with a good command of a second language.
  • You are precise and organized and can efficiently manage several files at the same time.
  • You master computer programs and management software.
  • You like to work independently, but you are also a good team player.

  • Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3500
