Description

  • Management of building reception.
  • Preparation of meeting rooms.
  • Manage deliveries and mail.
  • Manage telephone calls.
  • Diary management.
Follow-up office supplies orders.
  • Support administration/secretarial team.

Your profile

  • Proven experience of over 3 years in a similar position.
  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English; Luxembourgish and German.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities rigorously.
  • Good command of standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly in a professional context.

Offer

  • Monthly salary indication: € 3501 - € 4500
Our client is offering a temporary contract from September 1 to October 18. The salary offered is attractive and will depend on the candidate's experience.
