Description
- Define priorities for your team and accurately communicate the organization of tasks to be accomplished;
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with deadlines for the various controls associated with KYC & KYI activities within the team;
- Develop an annual plan to optimize the efficiency of processes, enhance the quality of results and integrate developments in this area;
- Set individual objectives for each team member and provide regular feedback;
- Encourage teamwork by inspiring, stimulating and supporting team members to achieve defined objectives;
- Maintain a strong, clear and constructive collaboration with the Compliance Department;
- Participate actively in various working groups and meetings within the organization.
Your profile
- Excellent team management skills, with an innate sense of leadership. He stands out for his vitality, autonomy, creativity, ability to listen, and proven resistance to stress. Coaching is an integral part of his core competencies;
- Has previous experience in the banking sector, giving him a good understanding of the environment;
- Has experience in team leadership or management, which is an added advantage;
- Is bilingual, with a perfect command of written and spoken French and Dutch. A good command of English would also be appreciated;
- Demonstrates strong organizational, prioritization and planning skills;
- Displays a critical and analytical mind, able to assess situations logically;
- Is results-oriented, with a strong sense of initiative and analytical skills;
- Enjoys the diversity of tasks, has acquired a high level of expertise in his or her missions, and is always ready to develop new skills without hesitation.
