Description
- You are responsible for managing outstanding receivables. You talk to debtors by telephone and negotiate payment terms adapted to their personal and financial situation;
- You will take charge of new files and establish all necessary guarantees. You are also responsible for following up agreements, whether through legal or amicable procedures, using various means of communication such as telephone, letters or emails, with the help of specialized tools;
- You foster constructive exchanges with various stakeholders, whether internal or external, including colleagues from other departments, partners or service providers;
- Your goal is to help people get out of debt. It's up to you to determine the best strategy to meet the expectations of all parties involved;

Your profile
- Has strong negotiation experience and has worked as an administrative assistant, which provides a solid foundation for this position;
- Has a good knowledge of collection processes for both businesses and consumers, as well as familiarity with consumer loans, which is appreciated;
- Is able to quickly establish a relationship of trust with interlocutors, thanks to a pleasant and friendly way of communicating, as well as clear and empathetic expression;
- Demonstrates flexibility, a methodical approach to assignments and an aptitude for teamwork;
- Possesses analytical, critical and creative skills, and prefers to adopt practical solutions to challenges;
- Excellent command of written and spoken French, with accurate spelling.
