Description
- You handle customer queries in a professional and efficient manner, such as processing stock market orders, following up on fraud cases and solving online banking problems, always in line with internal guidelines and applicable legislation;
- You analyze customer needs and make proposals for appropriate additional products and services;
- You actively seek commercial opportunities with existing customers to strengthen their loyalty and further develop the customer relationship;
- You work together with various advice centers and offer them support in achieving their objectives;
- You keep abreast of developments within the banking sector, including taxation, products and services.
Your profile
- Possesses excellent communication skills and is comfortable with customer interaction, whether face-to-face, by phone or email, with keen commercial acumen;
- Has strong organizational skills and works accurately according to prescribed guidelines and procedures;
- Is flexible and can easily switch between different tasks and responsibilities;
- Maintains a calm and resilient demeanor in busy situations and is always professional and customer focused;
- Holds a bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or economics, and has a genuine interest in the financial sector.
