Description

  • Engaging with courts, notaries, and administrative bodies to ensure smooth communication and complianc;
  • Preparing a wide range of legal documents tailored to specific requirements;
  • Creating templates for standard correspondence and legal briefs to enhance efficiency;
  • Compiling exhibits needed for court proceedings, ensuring all relevant materials are organized and accessible;
  • Obtaining necessary administrative documents from various applications, including national registries;
  • Submitting documents through multiple bar applications, such as DPA and e-Deposit, while adhering to procedural guidelines;
  • Keeping track of court cases, monitoring legal timelines, and ensuring all deadlines are met;
  • Organizing and maintaining files and archives to support easy retrieval of information;
  • Conducting legal research to assist with case preparations and documentation;
  • Managing calendars and agendas for various personnel, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and deadlines;
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for team members, including itineraries and accommodations;
  • Reviewing and formatting documents for quality control, including presentations, proposals, and correspondence;
  • Providing administrative support by managing incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence, filing documents, and scanning necessary records;
  • Handling call management, which involves taking internal and external calls, delivering messages, and filtering communications as required;
  • Assisting with proposal management by ensuring layout accuracy and quality checks while preparing administrative components such as certificates and envelopes, guaranteeing timely delivery;
  • Undertaking ad hoc tasks as needed to support the team effectively;
  • Organizing events for clients and team members, managing all logistical arrangements such as venue selection, catering, parking, participant badges, and welcoming guests;
  • Translating and reviewing documents to ensure clarity and compliance with legal standards.

Your profile

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in law, applied law, or project/business management, or is on track to complete this qualification shortly;
  • Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in both Dutch and English; proficiency in French is an added advantage;
  • Is a meticulous, highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail;
  • Maintains a positive approach when faced with tight deadlines and time constraints;
  • Exhibits a proactive mindset, focusing on solutions rather than obstacles;
  • Is adept at managing confidential information discreetly and adheres to the highest ethical standards in all professional interactions.
