Description
- You supervise and assess operational risks in compliance with internal procedures and risk management guidelines;
- You carry out operational checks on non-contractual changes to identify any anomalies or errors in files;
- You carry out quality controls to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents and files, while complying with internal standards and legal requirements, with the aim of minimizing operational risks;
- You implement adjustments following quality checks and report cases requiring changes that may have financial implications to the appropriate department;
- You provide constructive feedback to operational teams, proposing solutions and offering advice to avoid operational risks. To this end, you work closely with the Compliance, Risk Management and Operations departments;
- You participate in awareness-raising initiatives concerning operational risks;
- You keep abreast of internal procedures relating to non-contractual changes;
- You are flexible and willing to contribute, if necessary, to the handling of certain tasks within the Operations Administration team.
Your profile
- French- or Dutch-speaking, with good command of the second national language;
- Has a natural curiosity for learning and is keen to train in control-related roles within the financial field;
- Preferably has previous experience in business process management;
- Knowledge of the mortgage sector would be an advantage;
- Emphasizes analytical skills to critically examine data and processes;
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and rigor in work;
- Ability to think in a process-oriented way.
