Description

  • You contribute to the implementation and monitoring of NPS surveys among B2C and B2B customers and the partner network. You will help analyze the results and prepare clear, useful reports.
  • You help deploy loyalty and contract renewal campaigns.
  • You monitor the quality of leads generated via the website and ensure their proper processing in internal tools.
  • You ensure the quality of messages transmitted throughout the customer journey.
  • You update FAQs and information materials according to feedback from the field, and suggest ways of improving them.
  • You structure customer experience data and make it usable to support decision-making.

Your profile

  • You have at least two years' experience in a marketing, customer support or operations function.
  • You are fluent in French or Dutch and have a good knowledge of English.
  • You have a good command of Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • You are organized, rigorous and autonomous.
  • You communicate clearly, positively and in a solution-oriented way.
  • You are at ease in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.

Offer

  • Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3500
  • This assignment is open to both freelancers and consultants.
