Description

  • Administrative follow-up of vehicles: orders, deliveries, returns, fuel card management, processing of fines
  • Data encoding and updating in XPO Fleet, verification and validation of monthly invoices
  • Creation of reports in Excel (TCD) and Power BI, preparation of files for accounting purposes
  • Monitoring of home charging station processes (orders, surplus management)
  • Take charge of SIM card administration: orders, activations, partial reimbursements, cost allocation by entity.
  • First point of contact for employees, with an active role in ensuring compliance with internal rules and monitoring processes.
  • Interface with HR, accounting and purchasing departments

Your profile

  • Very good knowledge of French and Dutch. Good knowledge of English is recommended.
  • Good command of office tools, especially Excel and ideally Power BI.
  • Comfortable with database management (such as XPO).
  • Organized, rigorous, attentive to detail.
  • Ability to manage several processes simultaneously, in a structured environment
  • Team spirit and good communication skills
