Description
- You assist the cathodic protection technicians in the administrative preparation of projects and the management of reports, which involves sending notifications and requests to the department responsible for ground work declarations, booking equipment, administering orders and filing documents appropriately;
- You receive and dispatch requests centrally (email box management, incoming calls, etc.) and guarantee the necessary follow-up to ensure that the appropriate actions are taken;
- You are the point of contact for all questions concerning personnel administration, both for the HR department and for your colleagues;
- You participate in the drafting of quality measurement reports, as well as monthly reports, ensuring that the information is relevant and accurate;
- You develop indicators, particularly in relation to the company's safety objectives;
- You ensure that safety files are systematically updated, and monitor training management. You also contribute to the preparation and monitoring of budgets, and to the drafting of instructions and procedures;
- In short, you ensure rigorous administrative follow-up and effective traceability within our processes, while participating in the development and maintenance of a document management system (filing).
Your profile
- Has a background in administration;
- Has a keen interest in technical environments, which is an advantage;
- Works with speed, precision and meticulous attention to detail;
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, facilitating collaboration with diverse teams;
- Fluent in Dutch, with knowledge of French and English considered an asset;
- Proven experience in document management and administrative follow-up. Familiarity with IT tools such as MS Office and SharePoint, as well as knowledge of SAP and Coupa, would also be beneficial.
