Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic commercial advisor for the region of Limburg/Flemish Brabant. In this role, you will be the point of contact for healthcare providers and offer them advice on their insurance portfolio, including life and non-life insurance.

What will you be doing?
  • You will approach clients and potential clients within your region, focusing on commercial opportunities. Virtual meetings are also an option;
  • You personalize your approach and build long-term relationships with clients;
  • You assist starters in healthcare with their first steps in pension accrual and insurance;
  • You maintain regular contact with universities, colleges, graduate schools, professional associations and other partners to further expand your portfolio in the region. You will do this by visiting educational institutions and attending relevant events;
  • You take full advantage of commercial opportunities and take the initiative yourself;
  • You work closely with internal sales, product experts and the marketing department.

Your profile

The ideal candidate:
  • Possesses a bachelor's or master's degree in insurance or similar background through relevant experience ;
  • Has extensive knowledge of both life and non-life insurance ;
  • Has extensive experience within the insurance industry, including positions as a broker, bancassurer or (life) insurer, with a focus on commercial roles ;
  • Masters the Dutch language fluently and has a basic knowledge of French ;
  • Is enthusiastic and driven, with a natural commercial flair ;
  • Is motivated by objectives and likes to work towards results ;
  • Has a practical attitude and is hands-on ;
  • Is a networker by nature and establishes contacts easily ;
  • Works proactively and can operate well independently ;
  • Is structured and organized in the work process ;
  • Lives in the region of Limburg or Flemish Brabant, or in the vicinity thereof.
