Description
What will you accomplish?- You will establish contacts with customers and prospects in your sector, focusing on the commercial aspect. Virtual meetings are also a possibility.
- You'll provide your customers with tailor-made support and build lasting relationships with them.
- You will support new care providers in the early stages of their careers, particularly with regard to pension and insurance arrangements.
- You maintain regular contact with universities, colleges, final-year students, professional associations and other partners to expand the customer portfolio in your area. This involves visiting higher education establishments and being present at co-organized events.
- You exploit business opportunities with enthusiasm and initiative.
- You work closely with internal consultants, product experts and the marketing department.
- You are flexible in your organization and manage your schedule independently, being available during office hours. Apart from customer meetings, you can also work from home. A regular presence in our Brussels office (at least every two weeks) is desirable.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in insurance or has equivalent professional experience.
- Has in-depth knowledge of insurance products, both life and non-life.
- Significant experience in the insurance sector, either as a broker, in a bank-insurance company or in an insurance company specializing in the life sector, particularly in sales functions.
- Excellent command of French and basic knowledge of Dutch.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm, motivation and excellent business acumen.
- Finds motivation in achieving objectives.
- Practical and adaptable.
- Comfortable using social networks.
- Works proactively and autonomously, not hesitating to take the initiative.
- Organized and able to structure work effectively.
- Resides in or near the Brussels area.
