Description
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include :- Advise, build loyalty and develop your customer portfolio.
- Use your expertise to advise customers on the art of the table, event "staging" and new trends and developments in the market.
- Identify customer needs and offer generic or customized solutions.
- Spontaneously present alternatives if a product is not available.
- Enter and follow up offers and orders (create and follow up files, quotes, reservations,
- Coordinate service logistics with operations and planning colleagues.
- Update customer data and handle complaints and potential disputes.
- Manage showroom visits.
- Recontact and reactivate "dormant customers".
Your profile
- You are perfectly bilingual FR/NL (English is a plus).
- You have a secretarial diploma with a commercial or marketing option, or a bachelor's degree with a commercial orientation (marketing, communication, events).
- A first experience in sales or events would be an asset!
- You have a flair for sales, are proactive, dynamic and versatile.
- You are rigorous, organized and pay attention to detail.
- You have good customer relations and are at ease on the telephone.
- You're a good listener, enabling you to maintain a trusting, long-term relationship with customers.
- You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, and don't hesitate to give your colleagues a helping hand.
- You are resourceful, results-oriented and stress-resistant.
