Description
- Lead day-to-day HR operations while strategically shaping the HR agenda to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement.
- Oversee and mentor a talented HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Ensure accurate and timely validation of monthly payroll.
- Drive the annual performance appraisal campaign and manage the compensation review process, collaborating closely with our remuneration committee.
- Continuously monitor and support the development and implementation of employee training and growth plans.
- Manage the recruitment process in partnership with our outsourced provider, and actively engage with candidates as needed to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Provide strategic guidance in the development and implementation of HR policies and guidelines.
Your profile
- You bring at least 10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the financial sector.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of Luxembourg‘s labor legislation, tax regulations, remuneration frameworks, and collective work agreements.
- Fluency in English and French is essential
- You are proficient with HR information systems and MS Office.
- You handle employee inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly organized, and maintain composure under pressure.
