Description
- You manage claims files from A to Z;
- You will be required to investigate the reason, cause and circumstances of the claim and determine the liabilities of those involved;
- You will verify provision amounts by type of claim;
- You will verify the guarantees and coverages of insurance contracts following a claim notification;
- You will inform the client about the settlement of his/her file;
- You open new claim files and provide sufficient reserve for the payment of amounts due;
- You handle problems or complaints about claims according to the organization's procedures;
- You handle files within the imposed deadlines;
- You always put the customer first.
Your profile
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Finance/Insurance or equivalent through experience at an insurance company, brokerage or appraisal firm;
- You are willing to keep learning;
- You have a structured approach and follow-up;
- You are a team player with a sense of responsibility, because a good atmosphere in the office is an absolute priority for us;
- You are communicative and strongly customer-oriented;
- Language skills are always a plus. Dutch in particular. Knowledge of French and English is an asset.

- Monthly salary indication: € 3001 - € 3500
