Description
- You are the first point of contact for customers and insurers in claim files;
- You manage files from A to Z: from claim declaration to completion, including dossier construction, communication with experts and insurers, and administrative follow-up;
- Your focus is both on corporate and private clients within BOAR, but you also handle files within the following areas: construction, technical liability, ABR (All Construction Site Risks), machinery breakdown and business interruption;
- You defend the client's interests and monitor the quality and speed of case processing;
- You guide clients professionally and ensure clear, correct communication.
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience (preferably a little more) or possibly 2-5 years with a broker;
- File knowledge and client-oriented attitude;
- Experience or affinity with construction, liability, ABR, machinery breakdown and business interruption;
- You are very team-oriented;
- You are perfectly Dutch-speaking and have a good knowledge of the English language;
- You are dynamic and have an eye for continuous improvement;
- Knowledge of Brio is a plus.
