Description
- Monitoring legal developments and answering members' practical questions (tariffs, seizures, ethics, European judicial law, etc.);
- Internal legal advice for the Management Board and other departments;
- Preparation of disciplinary files and support for the audit department;
- Participation in continuing training for candidates;
- Inter-professional collaboration with authorities, magistrates, notaries and lawyers;
- Drafting, analysis and negotiation of contracts;
- Contribution to innovative projects (IT, communication, international);
- Participation in the drafting of legislative proposals and policy briefs.
Your profile
- Master's degree in law;
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the legal sector, experience at the bar an asset;
- Excellent written and spoken command of Dutch, good knowledge of French;
- Ability to listen actively and advise appropriately;
- Critical and analytical mind to assess cases from a global perspective;
- Autonomy, creativity and initiative to develop solid solutions;
- Team spirit, effective collaboration in project mode and concern for quality;
- Comfortable speaking in public before a professional audience.
