Description

  • Proofreading and checking contracts.
  • Filing and physical and/or digital archiving of files.
Preparation, dispatch and follow-up of contractual documentation.
  • Verification of supporting documents (invoices, photos, reports, etc.).

Your profile

  • Administrative profile.
  • First administrative experience (experience in an insurance company would be an asset).
  • Perfect command of French, English and any other language is an asset.
  • Motivated, rigorous and meticulous.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines.

Offer

  • Monthly salary indication: € 3001 - € 4000
