Description
- You create a balance tasks such as observation, customer contact and administration.
- You investigate and analyze the causes, circumstances and relevant details of claims.
- You take a stand and make judgments on complex and important issues, even under challenging circumstances.
- You identify fraud through reconstructions, confrontations and/or written statements.
- You report the results of your investigation to the claims manager within the new legal framework, ensuring that our clients are compensated promptly and correctly.
- You stay abreast of developments within your field and keep your knowledge up to date so that you can provide a reliable service.
- You contribute to the growth of the inspection service by participating in working groups and projects and continuously expand your professional network.
- You use digitization to improve processes.
- You think along about the development and optimization of processes so that the service to our customers always remains optimal.
Your profile
- Holds a private investigator identification card.
- Has several years of experience managing claims within BOAR in general, or possibly in one branch.
- Possesses strong communication skills, persuasiveness and a customer-focused attitude.
- Is able to deal effectively with resistance and opposition.
- Is part of the internal private investigation service (North).
- Has a natural aptitude for analyzing problems, planning and organizing, and can work independently while collaborating well in a team.
- Works independently and shows initiative.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language.
- Ideally masters other languages as well, as any additional language is a plus.
