Description
As part of your duties, you will be responsible for :- Manage the implementation process at the customer site, providing support throughout the project.
- Provide strategic advice during post-implementation follow-up phases.
- Participate in the pre-sales process by conducting product demonstrations and engaging presentations.
- Monitor and analyze changes in public procurement legislation.
- For small businesses, you will be responsible for configuring standard software, providing a dedicated account for the customer.
- You will prepare the program settings and then provide training to guide the customer through the experience.
- You'll also be responsible for teaching new versions of the training courses on offer.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Has a bachelor's or master's degree in law or a commercial equivalent, with a good knowledge of public procurement management.
- Excellent command of Dutch
- Develops strong analytical skills and shows a keen interest in information technology.
- Is organized, autonomous and proactive in his/her work.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, with an ability to listen attentively to the needs of customers and prospects.
- Willing to take on a multi-faceted role and be actively involved in company activities.
