Description
- Full legal support for the Belgian team, particularly in leases and real estate law;
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts;
- Strategic advice to the company on key developments, strategy and important decisions;
- Contribution to public procurement: negotiation of tender documents and other public contracts;
- Regulatory advice: competition, consumer, subsidy and corporate law;
- Legislative monitoring and ensuring compliance with current legislation;
- Participation in optimizing the company's legal processes.
Your profile
- Master's degree in law;
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in a law firm or company;
- Excellent knowledge of French and English;
- Entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills and strong team spirit;
- Ability to work independently, identify issues and propose pragmatic and creative solutions;
- Curiosity, flexibility, open-mindedness, ability to manage ambiguity and a taste for change.
