As an integral member of the Corporate Team, you will provide essential support to both partners and associates. Your contributions will enhance the team’s efficiency through the following tasks:
  • Delivering administrative assistance on client-related matters, which includes:
  • Initiating new cases, such as creating engagement letters and coordinating the KYC process in partnership with team members and the specialized compliance team.
  • Collaborating with the accounts team on invoicing.
  • Formatting various documents and presentations to ensure professional standards.
  • Organizing and maintaining documentation, including electronic files and, to a lesser extent, physical copies.
  • Coordinating meeting schedules and actively supporting overall calendar management.
  • Facilitating business travel arrangements for individual team members as well as larger groups for specific conferences and events.

Your profile

  • A background in assistant-focused education (Graduat, BTS, Licence LEA) is preferred;
  • Prior experience in a relevant field will be seen as a valuable asset;
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is essential;
  • Fluency in English and French is required; knowledge of additional languages will be beneficial;
  • You demonstrate a responsible attitude and a proactive mindset;
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
