Description
As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be at the heart of our sales activities, responsible for managing and monitoring quotations, customer relations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services. You'll have the opportunity to interact with different departments, take part in innovative projects, and play a key role in building customer loyalty.Your mission will be to process requests for quotations, proactively follow up bids during tenders, while building and consolidating strong relationships with our customers. You will also ensure that you respect administrative processes, optimize your organization and contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment.
Your profile
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You have a perfect command of Dutch and French, and Spanish is a plus.
- You're organized: You're not afraid of administrative work and following up files, and you're an organized person.
- Punctual, autonomous and rigorous, you're just the person we need.
- You are customer-oriented: You are 100% committed to offering potential customers a positive experience and meeting their needs.
