Description
- You will be responsible for preparing annual budgets, contributing to strategic planning.
- You monitor the company's performance and initiate improvements through thorough analysis of P&L, budgets and investments.
- You analyze business results, explain deviations and thus help the company to make informed decisions.
- You develop and manage relevant KPIs and dashboards to keep your finger on the pulse.
- You support the decision-making process, for example in tender projects, with clear financial analyses and models.
- You accurately prepare the necessary information for internal and external audits.
- You work closely with the Group Controllers to ensure consistency with group processes.
- You are in regular contact with the regional subsidiaries in Flanders (from Genk to Jabbeke) to understand the operational context and identify opportunities.
- You ensure a smooth information flow between the operational teams and accounting.
- You provide monthly reporting and reporting to the parent company.
- You report periodically to the executive committee on the progress of activities.
Your profile
- A completed university education (Master in Commercial Science, Business Administration or equivalent through experience).
- A very good command of Dutch, French and English.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, database management and linking various data sources.
- Experience with ERP systems, reporting and planning tools and IFRS.
- Affinity with organizational issues, a listening attitude and understanding of business needs.
- Ability to successfully manage project implementations.
- Strong powers of persuasion and a passion for numeracy.
- You are both a team player and able to work independently and enjoy taking initiative.

In addition, we expect your presence in the different Flemish branches in order to be a real business partner. Our accounting teams are mainly located in Genk and Visé, where we expect you every two weeks. After the induction period, teleworking is possible (on average 2 days per week).
