Description

  • Oversee demanding, time-sensitive operations while ensuring accuracy and control;
  • Manage multiple simultaneous priorities and demonstrate flexibility in the face of changing business needs;
  • Deliver a high level of service while remaining attentive to operational and reputational risks;
  • Drive change and continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment;
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of regular operations;
  • Organize and prioritize e-mail communications across various boxes (payments, TFO, warranties, CMS);
  • Respond promptly to requests from customers and internal teams, by e-mail or telephone;
  • Administer incoming and outgoing payments, manage manual orders, direct debits and standing orders;
  • Process special rates, fees and transfer commissions;
  • Monitor Trade Finance operations, including document management and due diligence;
  • Process collateral requests, including issues, modifications and cancellations;
  • Manage e-banking contracts and ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements;
  • Perform daily account verifications, maintenance and end-of-day reconciliations;
  • Participate in monthly audits, evaluations of outsourced services and project management tasks;
  • Contribute to process optimization and update existing procedures;
  • Collaborate on systems testing and provide support to London-based operations as required.

Your profile

  • Excellent communication skills, with a perfect command of English and strong oral and written skills in Dutch and/or French;
  • Demonstrates excellent organization, rigor and autonomy in his/her work;
  • Has strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and is able to multi-task effectively;
  • Has a strong customer service orientation and a genuine service spirit;
  • Has a good understanding of general administrative principles and accounting logic;
  • Is comfortable using MS Office tools, notably Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Demonstrates flexibility, open-mindedness and resilience in the face of stressful situations;
  • Appreciates teamwork, adopts a proactive attitude and has a thirst for learning;
