Description
- You manage a team of credit analysts and arbitrators.
- You achieve set goals for the Risk Underwriting/Arbitration operational team, focusing on claims ratios, service speed, success rates (automation of decisions), risk appetite, and organization of reviews and credit limit requests to avoid backlogs.
- You actively contribute to developing Key Performance Indicators and oversee improvement projects for tools and information systems.
- You lead, support, and coach Underwriters across various operational teams.
- You engage in creating and implementing the Arbitration Operational Plan.
- You maintain internal and external communication with stakeholders such as agents, clients, brokers, and colleagues.
- You ensure personal knowledge remains current on financial and economic topics.
- You gather and document information on the local market.
- You uphold compliance with service level agreements and established procedures.
- You exercise your authority to grant limits while safeguarding the company's interests.
- You ensure successful implementation of skill management, aligning with the Company’s Shared Principles.
Your profile
- You possess extensive knowledge and a strong affinity for the financial services sector, complemented by advanced financial analysis skills.
- You have experience in credit arbitration or a related field.
- You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
- You have demonstrated successful management capabilities and are recognized as a persuasive and charismatic leader by your team.
- You excel in communication and negotiation, maintaining a positive outlook in all interactions.
- You have a deep understanding of the market, industry sectors, legal aspects, and possess robust networking skills.
- You have excellent interpersonal abilities, enhanced by daily global communication and client interaction.
