Description
- You monitor national and international regulations, codes of conduct and regulatory guidelines around compliance risks;
- You identify and assess compliance risks, propose mitigating actions, monitor and report;
- You advise management and teams on the application of laws and regulations and support projects and developments;
- You coordinate internal compliance initiatives to ensure consistency and alignment;
- You develop policies and procedures, ensure implementation and follow up;
- You organize training and sensitization on compliance topics for various target groups;
- You monitor compliance with integrity and conduct rules, analyze controls, track risk indicators and observe client interactions;
- You report findings and risks to the Board, supervisors and Group Compliance;
- You prepare an annual risk-based action plan for the compliance function.
Your profile
- Possesses a master's degree and has certification in compliance for insurance operations;
- Has a specialization in law, economics or commercial sciences;
- Has at least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance within the insurance industry, risk management and both internal and external audits in the financial services industry.
