Description
- You will contribute to the expansion of the customer account management team by opening and/or closing accounts;
- As part of our group, you will acquire new skills, recognizing the importance of continuous learning. Eventually, you'll have the opportunity to pass on your knowledge and experience to new colleagues;
- You will join a dynamic and ambitious team that values team spirit and cooperation;
- In the future, you will interact directly with customers, mainly by telephone, but also by e-mail, instant messaging and videoconferencing;
- When you identify a business opportunity during your exchanges with customers, you report it to your colleagues in the branches or business centers.
Your profile
- Fluent in both national languages, French and Dutch;
- Communicates clearly and precisely, both orally and in writing;
- Puts customer needs at the heart of its priorities;
- Constantly strives for excellence, efficiency and automation, while sharing opportunities for improvement with his/her team;
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and team spirit;
- Flexibility and willingness to learn.
