Description

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the internal clients in a system approach and use this knowledge proactively in different HR advices, initiatives and processes: understanding the challenges of the client departments, of (overall) business objectives, climate, interpersonal collaborations, individual performances and ambitions, participating in team meetings, maintaining proactively frequent individual interactions etc.
  • Leadership Coach: supporting and advising managers in their people management role, be their sparring partner in building high performance teams to achieve their business goals
  • Advising them with and facilitating different HR processes.
  • Proactively collecting requirements, identifying issues & development area’s and designing a plan with the managers to identify the HR priorities for their teams.
  • Employee Spoc: mediator, sparring partner, person of confidence and advisor on employee related issues such as career & development, motivation & aspirations, performance, collaboration 360°, well being, absenteeism, etc.
  • Facilitating/supporting/deploying HR processes in close collaboration with the HR advisors and Comp&Ben, such as:
  • Manpower planning / Resource allocation: input and advice
  • R&S: Job requests, selection of final candidates, internal mobility (NB recruiting, prescreening and coordination done by colleague Recruitment Advisor)
  • Onboarding
  • Salary Review
  • Function management (description, grading,classification): active participation
  • L&D: advice, overview
  • Exit management: exit interview, pension, dismissals
  • Development and follow up on HR policies and projects, deployment in the client teams of policies, CLA’s and work regulations
  • Change facilitator and innovation ambassador: input and advice, facilitating, communicating, coordinating implementation of changes (in the client departments) such as organisation development/ structural changes, culture & climate, introduction of new tools, processes, business projects

Your profile

  • Several years of HRBP experience, a broad knowledge of soft and hard HR, social/advisory/language skills
  • Experience in selection of final candidates
  • Very good knowledge of French, Dutch and English
  • Proactive and frequent presence in the client teams : flex desking, participation in meetings, HRpartnering ”by walking around”
  • Well balanced positioning between individual/team/client goals/HR & management perspective
  • Close collaboration with the HR colleagues and active involvement on the touch points with the different HR functions
  • Knowledge of Successfactors is an asset
