Description

  • Assist senior brokers in the process of selling and leasing real estate in the construction sector;
  • Participate in the preparation and updating of documents required for transactions, ensuring their compliance and accuracy;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their requests and providing them with relevant information;
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities;
  • Organize and plan appointments, property visits and promotional events to promote the team's activities;
  • Manage administrative documentation and maintain customer and prospect databases;
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including agents and other real estate professionals, to ensure smooth and efficient communication;
  • Prepare activity reports and provide analyses of the agency's commercial performance.

Your profile

The ideal candidate :
  • Holds a bachelor's degree (Economics/Insurance) or has equivalent experience;
  • Has initial experience in insurance as a policy manager;
  • Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good knowledge of English;
  • Excellent command of MS Office tools, in particular Excel and Word;
  • Works both independently and as part of a team, with a sense of responsibility;
  • Is customer and service oriented.
